DLT GEOCELDA STEP, this geocell is an innovative weld-free type of geocell.

In order to facilitate its storage, transportation and installation, the geocell is delivered to the installation site in coils. When unwinding the geocell to be placed, the section ends up in a stepped way in the direction of the slope. Because of its design, this geocell can only be used in slopes and embankments.

This system allows covering larger surfaces with fewer joints between sections.

It is made of polymer stripes with longitudinal and transverse cuts with ending oblong holes. All cuts form parallel lines of equal length along or across the center line of the stripe. The cuts arranged in a line are equally spaced from each other. The cuts of neighboring stripes are located checkerwise, suitable for a cellular structure formation when transversely stretched.

DLT GEOCELDA STEP can be perforated or non-perforated. It can also be produced with holes for cords at the customer’s request. There are some types of this geocell. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information.

APPLICATIONS

SLOPES

Reduces runoff and the dragging of sediments in highway ditches, roads and on the sides of railway tracks.
They are used as a support on slopes for sowing.

GREEN WALLS: DLT GEOCELDA is used for stabilization and reinforcement of green walls.

RETAINING WALLS: DLT GEOCELDA is used for stabilization and reinforcement of retaining walls.

LANDSCAPING: In combination with our geotextiles, DLT GEOCELDA allows the creation of landscape surfaces covered with gravel. It is also used in the stabilization of garden walks.
