ALVABENT

ALVABENT is formed by to geotextiles that encapsulates sodium bentonite clay. This clay when hydrated has an exceptional expansion capacity and creates a waterproof barrier.

This product delivers excellent results both in new projects or refurbishment. It is highly resistant to weathering and moisture. Also it is an alternative to conventional sealing with compacted clay. Its main use is for waterproofing underground structures, foundations, concrete slabs, tunnels or others.

Furthermore, it is commonly used as a secondary waterproofing barrier in environmental projects where the existing ground doesn’t achieve the minimum required permeability.
